BTG started as a tiny thought. It grew organically and moulded itself into something much more exciting than I anticipated.
BTG's philosophy is centred around the power of generosity. My mission is to promote and share the joy of giving and that's why ten percent of proceeds from every purchase will be donated to a non-profit organisation of your choice (let me know in the notes during checkout which amazing organisation you'd like to support!).
Research shows that committing to acts of kindness once a week over six weeks improves your wellbeing and boosts your mood. It doesn't have to be something big, it can be as simple as holding the door open for someone or giving directions to a stranger who is looking lost. That warm and fuzzy feeling you get? Yup, that's oxytocin racing through your body.
